Thin patty, big flavor

A smash burger is pressed hard onto a very hot flat-top. The thin patty sears fast and builds a crispy, caramelized crust that a thick burger never gets. Our Oklahoma Smash presses the onions into the beef so they cook in the fat, and the Guava Bacon Smash brings a sweet and smoky Miami twist.
