What is a Colombian burger?
In Colombia the burger is street food and nobody holds back. Expect creamy sauces, crunchy potato sticks (papita ripio), sweet pineapple sauce, cheese, and often a second protein like shredded chicken or bacon.
GULA keeps that spirit on a toasted brioche with a 5.3 oz beef patty and GULA Sauce, our creamy house tartar. It is bigger and messier than a classic American burger, on purpose.
