How much does food truck catering cost in Miami?

Party trays start around $12.99 per person and the GULA truck is quoted per event, based on guest count, menu, hours and location. Tell us your details and we send a clear price per person.

What is the minimum for catering?

Party trays start at 10 guests. For the truck at your event we usually work with 40 guests or more, or a minimum spend we confirm in your quote.

How far ahead should I book?

Book the truck at least two weeks ahead, and party trays at least 48 hours ahead. For last-minute requests, call us.

What do you need at the venue for the truck?

A flat space for the truck, clear access for setup and the venue's approval. We confirm parking and timing with your venue before the event.

Can you handle allergies?

Tell us about any allergy in the form. We can remove ingredients, keep sauces on the side and label trays.

Which areas do you serve?

We cater across Miami-Dade, including Little River, Upper Eastside, Design District, Wynwood, Midtown, Edgewater, Miami Shores, North Miami, Downtown and Miami Beach.
